When you submit the “Request a Free Visit” form we collect:
We do not collect your exact home address, payment details, or national ID through this form.
We use this information solely to contact you to arrange your free home visit, to prepare our engineer for that visit, and to follow up about your request.
Our legal basis under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 is your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent box on the form.
Your details are stored in a dedicated, access-controlled database on our server infrastructure. Everything you send passes over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
By submitting the form you agree that we may contact you on WhatsApp at the number you gave us, to arrange your visit. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
If you reached us through an Instagram or Facebook ad, we record which ad and campaign brought you here, including Meta’s click identifier. We use this only to understand which ads work. We do not send your name or phone number to Meta.
We keep enquiry records for 12 months from the date you submit them. If you become a customer, normal business record-keeping applies instead. After 12 months, enquiries that did not become customers are permanently deleted.
Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, stop contacting you, or withdraw your consent. Message us on WhatsApp. We will act within 30 days.
All data submitted through this site is encrypted in transit. The admin page and the database are password-protected and restricted to the business owner.
This form is for adults arranging a home visit. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
